Portrait Photography
We have been providing portrait photography from the beginning in a range of situation from being part of an event such as a sports event, party, business fair to a studio photo session. We use a range of skills and lighting techniques to capture the perfect photo; including nature, artificial and studio lighting.
Studio Portraits
Our studio photography can be carried out in the comfort of your own premises, saving you travelling time or taking staff out of work. We can set up a basic studio in as small a space as 9ft square for a small group of people or 3×6 feet for single portraits. This allows space for the background, studio lighting and reflectors to be set-up as well as allowing space for the subject and photographer/camera to take their places.
Natural Lighting and Available Light

Sometimes it is better to use natural light, it requires very little space but positioning and time of day are particularly important; to ensure there is sufficient light and the shadows and not falling in the wrong places. Available light is a little different in that it uses in room lighting as well. This can create some unique photos due to the different light sources creating tints that can add character to the scene.
The use of available light is very important in some event such as some conferences, or where the mood is captured better by the light provided, eg dimmed lights or candle light. The most common events where natural light is almost always used is during a wedding service or Christenings; with flash only being used during pre-arranged points in the service such as the fake registry signing. A range of special techniques are used to capture photos in these challenging lighting scenarios.
